Pho Viet Saigon didn't start in a restaurant. It started at a wooden table in a Gaithersburg home, where a mother believed that the right broth could make a house feel like a home — no matter how far you'd traveled.

Today, every bowl we serve carries that same conviction. We roast our bones until the kitchen smells like Saturday morning. We char our ginger and onion over open flame before they ever touch the pot. We pull our noodles by hand because machine-cut doesn't hold broth the same way.

We're not the fastest place in Gaithersburg. But if you're looking for pho that remembers where it came from — you've found it.
